What we collect, and why
- When you buy: your email address, name and billing country or postal code, collected by Stripe at checkout. We use them to deliver the ebook, send your receipt and download link, calculate tax, and keep the accounting records the law requires. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe only. We never see or store your card number.
- Your downloads: the number and date of downloads on your personal link, to prevent link sharing and help you if something goes wrong. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- When you write to us: your name, email and message, to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Security logs: technical data such as IP address, kept briefly by our host to protect the site from abuse.
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. Stripe's checkout page, on Stripe's own domain, uses cookies needed for fraud prevention and payment.

Some of these providers process data in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Order and invoicing records: 10 years, as required by French accounting law. Messages to support: 3 years after our last exchange. Security logs: a few days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to support@marikoaono.com. If you think your rights haven't been respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority where you live.
