I can't find the email. It comes from books@marikoaono.com with the subject "Your copy of Before You Land in Japan". Check your spam or promotions folder, then use the form above.

The download doesn't start on my phone. Try again over Wi-Fi. The file is about 11 MB. On an iPhone, the file appears in the Files app under Downloads, and you can move it to Books.

I paid but saw no download page. Your link is emailed as soon as the payment is confirmed. Some payment methods take a little longer to clear.
